family seeking home for rent or land contract in Brighton, Alabama

We are a family of 3, seeking to either rent on a 1 to 2 year lease, or purchase a home on land contract. We currently reside in Brighton but would consider Howell, Fowlerville, Pinkney, hartland and Milford. We have 3 older dogs (Basset Hounds each weighing about 50 lbs) who are potty trained and would cause no damage to your home or proparty. We would be willing to pay a substancial security deposit for the right home.
